At Plumun, we strive to ensure your tech experience is seamless; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your electronics within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Plumun account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Ensure the electronic device is factory reset, all personal data is removed, and it is placed back in its original packaging with all included cables and manuals.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
